Refund policy

Northern Colorado Feeder's Supply Return Policy:

• All Purina products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have purchased a Purina branded product and are unhappy with either palatability or quality we take those products back for either replacement or refunds.
• NCFS Custom Blends are also guaranteed, and the same return policy applies.
• Farm Supplies and other items are refunded or replaced depending on the situation.
• We do not guarantee hay, straw or alfalfa consumption. If you receive a moldy bale or a bale that you believe has an issue DO NOT FEED it and bring it back. We do replacements on a case to case basis. Hay is stored in a covered shed both at the store as well as at the producers. We cannot guarantee a natural grown product that changes often. We test our new grass hay once a year at first cutting, a copy of that is available upon request.
